Eating foods that promote a good vascular system are great for fighting ED.  A Massachusetts male aging study reveals eating a diet rich in fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and fish  decreases the likelihood of ED. Other studies also show that chronic deficiencies in vitamin B12 over a sustained period of time may contribute to erectile dysfunction. Also stay away from processed grains!
